WebMD clients continue to take innovative approaches to population health management. John Deere, a WebMD client since 2007, has taken a phased approach to wellness and benefits program design with a focus on improved health behaviors.
On May 28, WebMD and John Deere, in cooperation with Employee Benefit News, presented a webinar on the topic of “How Coaching Can Amplify Population Health Management Success.” If you missed it, view the archive file that explains John Deere’s approach to health management, the results of its health coaching program, and specific data on coaching outcomes for population health management.
WebMD is also offering a white paper on health coaching that provides more background on how health coaching can help stem rising healthcare costs and engage consumers in managing their modifiable health risks. The white paper includes outcomes of several client implementations of health coaching, including repeatable outcomes in different employee populations.
