Webinar: Leveraging Behavioral Science to Support Employee Well-Being

Did you know that incorporating behavioral science techniques can enhance your overall well-being strategy? Our latest webinar, Leveraging Behavioral Science to Support Employee Well-Being, features Dr. Christina Shane-Simpson, Researcher at WebMD Health Services, who helps us uncover the vital role of behavioral science in fostering employee well-being.

Simply stated, behavioral science is the evidence-based approach to understanding why people do what they do. Using behavioral science insights to help people achieve their health goals can make a real difference for the individual and for the organization.

In the webinar, Dr. Shane-Simpson explains how to:

  • Use behavioral science to fuel employee well-being.
  • Identify which scientific strategies support employee behavior change.
  • Consider how behavioral science fits with your organizational culture, ecosystem and well-being strategy.
  • Customize your approach for optimal results.

Dr. Shane-Simpson has a wealth of expertise in developmental psychology and media studies. As a former professor, she has led research teams investigating links between online behaviors, cultural norms, and social capital in digital environments. She is currently involved with research that aims to clarify and propel the behavior change process through the support of well-being digital tools.

This webinar is not to be missed! Listen to the recording here and be sure to keep an eye out for future helpful webinars from WebMD Health Services and from the Center for Research.
