Alex Nguyen became the Vice President, Product & Solutions at WebMD Health Services in 2019. Prior to this role, he served as a Director, Client Delivery beginning in 2016. In this previous role, Alex led the Solution Architecture team responsible for gathering requirements and developing and implementing solutions for clients of WebMD Health Services. Additionally, he transitioned clients from Sales to WebMD’s Implementation team and advised others in Client Delivery and within WebMD Health Services on best practices in solution design. Prior to leading the Solution Architecture team, Alex was a Manager of Solution Architects, Lead Solution Architect, Lead Technical Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst for WebMD from 2005 to 2015.
With 14 years in the health and well-being industry, Alex is adept at identifying options for client solutions and has considerable experience creating scope documents and playing a significant role in the development and execution of overall health and well-being strategies for prospects.
Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus in Management Information Systems, from Oregon State University.
