Andrea Herron joined WebMD Health Services in 2017 as the Senior Director Human Resources, and is responsible for developing, implementing and delivering on all facets of the human resources function.
She brings to the role an expertise gained from her HR experience across diverse sectors, including manufacturing and not-for-profit enterprises. Prior to joining WebMD Health Services, Andrea was Vice President of Human Resources for the Oregon Humane Society, where she provided leadership and direction in the translation of business strategy into organizational initiatives and human resources priorities.
As the Senior Human Resource Business Partner at CLEAResult (formerly PECI), she served as the strategic senior human resources partner to leadership and helped lead change-management initiatives for this energy- and technology-focused non-profit.
Andrea has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She also holds certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and received a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
