Bruce brings 25 plus years of experience in Population Health Management, including an extensive and diverse background in product management, operations and digital partnership solutions. Bruce offers a unique perspective on the company’s strategic growth opportunities and business development objectives that continue to support our employer and health plan markets through our partnership ecosystem.
As Vice President of Partnerships, Bruce leads the teams focused on building strategic relationships and adding innovative products and services to our Product offering through partnerships with third-party organizations.
Prior to Bruce’s current position, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development for StayWell, leading cross-functional roles in operations, business development, product solutions, and call center management—driving new business and exceptional service delivery. Early StayWell experiences included leading channel partnerships with major health plans, key product development initiatives, and key strategic account management client relationships.
Bruce holds a B.S. in Community Health Science with a concentration in Corporate Wellness from Minnesota State Mankato and a Masters of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
