Vice President, Coaching & Operations
As WebMD Health Services’ Vice President, Coaching and Operations, Kara Williams leads the operations of WebMD’s Health Coaching Operations Center and oversees WebMD’s Health Coaching, Clinical, Customer Service, and Partner Operations Staff. Kara is committed to the delivery of the best possible service for all of WebMD’s clients as it relates to Health Coaching, Customer Service, and our many vendor partners.
Her strong operations and staff-engagement skills have served her well in increasingly senior roles throughout her 19-year career. She began her career at WebMD Health Services as a Health Educator in 2006. She continued her leadership career through a variety of management roles, in which balancing her employees’ needs with the overall business needs in the most positive way has always been her passion. In her most recent position as Senior Director of WebMD’s Health Education Center, Kara managed a team of more than 200 health and well-being professionals.
Certified as a Health and Fitness Specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine and as a Wellness Program Coordinator by the National Wellness Institute, Kara received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University – Bloomington. Kara resides with her family in Carmel, Indiana. She loves to travel the world and play tennis or pickleball when she can.
