Phil Oester

Phil Oester joined WebMD Health Services as VP of Technology Operations in 2018.  Phil has over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, including 13 years at CBS prior to joining Internet Brands, WebMD Health Services’ parent company.  He is responsible for aligning overall Technology Operations strategy with the needs of the business as well as ensuring SLA and uptime requirements for clients are met.

Phil has a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola Marymount University.
