WebMD Health Services Wins Award for Best Medium-Sized Contact Center

Our health coaches and customer service team are some of the best in the industry. But you don’t have to take our word for it. This week, industry group ICMI recognized their excellence.

The ICMI Global Contact Center Awards Program is the most comprehensive awards program dedicated to the customer management industry. Each year, ICMI recognizes the companies, contact centers and individuals that provide a platform for leadership, vision innovation and strategic accomplishments.

Earlier this week, our health coaching and customer service teams were honored to receive awards for Best Medium-Sized Contact Center, and our very own health coaching supervisor, Ashley Trout, was awarded Best Contact Center Supervisor.

Hundreds of organizations compete for these awards. The fact that we were chosen demonstrates our unfailing commitment to providing the best services to our clients and their employees and members. Well-being is personal and our team goes above and beyond to personalize experiences for our customers.

How do you create an award-winning team? Well, you practice what you preach. Our coaches are dedicated to living by the same advice they give their program participants. They make time for regular exercise, invest in continued education and volunteer in their community.

Not only does this dedication build an award-winning team, but the positive effects carry over to the outcomes of our coaching participants:

  • 70% lose weight
  • 25% lose 5% of their weight or more
  • 54% quit tobacco with the help of a health coach

Congratulations to Ashley and the entire call center team! We’re incredibly proud of the work  you do every day.
