Solution: We provided several ways to overcome their environmental and social limitations, resulting in improved program accessibility. One solution was incorporating telephonic and text-based coaching to reach more people.

Solution: We provided outcomes-based products—including health coaching, Daily Habits and custom reporting dashboards—that resulted in positive metrics regarding behavior change and health risk change.

Challenge: This client has 13 different audiences for rewardable programs and required personalized experiences for each.

Solution: WebMD ONE’s segmentation capabilities easily created a personalized rewardable experience for each segment of their population.

Challenge: This client wanted to monitor, track and motivate each audience segment to increase overall participation.

Solution: We created custom reports to track population progress over time. We also designed communications that helped promote the program at strategic moments, resulting in improved long-term participation.

Challenge: This client needed a vendor who had experience with very large populations.

Solution: We created a custom, rewardable tobacco cessation program to support their applicable audiences. This program also featured health coaches who specialize in tobacco cessation to better care for their members’ well-being.

Challenge: Before our annual evaluation, this client expressed concerns about losing program engagement.

Solution: We conducted our annual well-being program evaluation and identified areas of improvement. We made immediate recommendations, including developing a new rewards structure that gave their workforce a more flexible path to earn their incentives to boost engagement metrics.

Challenge: Their workforce had diversifying wellness needs.

Solution: We identified new opportunities for them, including adding stress and resiliency programs and wellness challenges. Implementing these solutions added more flexibility and choice for their populations, as well as added more incentive options for their newly updated rewards structure.
