Solution: We created custom reports to track population progress over time. We also designed communications that helped promote the program at strategic moments, resulting in improved long-term participation.

Challenge: Before our annual evaluation, this client expressed concerns about losing program engagement.
Solution: We conducted our annual well-being program evaluation and identified areas of improvement. We made immediate recommendations, including developing a new rewards structure that gave their workforce a more flexible path to earn their incentives to boost engagement metrics.
